The intelligent broadcast-control terminal is connected with the streaming-media server, the media display screen and the intelligent broadcast-control terminal management host respectively; and the RFID label is connected with the intelligent broadcast-control terminal through wireless signals. Device cost of the system is significantly reduced and an industrial personal computer or a computer is replaced with the media broadcast-control terminal so that manual maintenance cost is reduced significantly. And site demands are reduced because the media broadcast-control terminal occupies a smaller space. The system is powered on and off at fixed times so that energies are saved and environment is protected.
