Abstract

The invention provides a color correction method and an image processing device which are used for generating a corrected image according to an original image. The original image includes a plurality of pixels and each pixel includes at least one color value. The method comprises the steps of converting the color values into a plurality of function color values according to a correction function and converting the color values into a plurality of lookup table color values according to a lookup table. The method further comprises the steps of synthesizing the function color values and the lookup table color values into a plurality of correction color values and generating the corrected image according to the correction color values. Therefore, a memory space required for storing the lookup table can be reduced.
