The method includes: firstly, building a tank gun high-low stabilizer control model, secondly, designing a sliding mode variable structure switching function and a control law thereof according to the control model, thirdly, designing an active disturbance rejection controller according to the control module, and finally designing a composite controller of the tank gun controlling system according to the switching function, the control law and the active disturbance rejection controller.
