Each LED packaging device comprises an LED light-emitting chip, a packaging body covering the LED light-emitting device, and a reflection layer covering a light-emitting face on the upper side of the packaging body, wherein the reflection layer enables light rays incident to the reflection layer from the packaging body to be reflected to a light-emitting face on the lower side of the packaging body. Through the mode, the outdoor display screen and the LED packaging devices can effectively promote the light intensity of a visual part, therefore achieves an energy-saving effect at the application end of the display screen, and can reduce light pollution.
