Abstract

The microecologics is prepared by uniformly mixing living microcapsules bacterium powder with selenium carrageenan, zinc methionine and auxiliary materials through a spray drying technology, wherein living microcapsules bacterium powder is obtained by uniformly mixing lactobacillus plantarum and bacillus subtilis strains with an aqueous solution containing pectin, tween-80, glycerinum, mannitol, trehalose and sodium bicarbonate after the lactobacillus plantarum and the bacillus subtilis strains are subjected to enrichment culture. The microecologics can be stored under a normal-temperature condition and is high in enteric solubility and biological adhesive. On the basis of normal daily ration, the laying hens are also fed with the microecologics, so that the anti-oxidization capability of organ bodies of laying hens can be improved; therefore, the damage degree of fallopian tubes of the laying hens in the later period of laying is reduced, excessive release of inflammatory factors in tissues can be suppressed, and the injury caused by inflammatory reaction can be alleviated; the activity and the completeness of organ tissues and cells can be guaranteed, the organ health is retained, and the productivity is improved.
