The method includes designing an acquisition device with the multiple cameras; acquiring initial images by the aid of the device designed in the last step, calibrating the various cameras and computing parameters of the various cameras; enabling each camera to start to acquire each image and simultaneously acquiring a plurality of original images; initially transforming the original images acquired by the various cameras by the aid of the parameters acquired in the second step, outputting the transformed images to be subjected to follow-up processing in a fifth step; computing illuminance and chromaticity of each pixel in each image according to the different parameters of the various cameras, compositing the pixels to form single images with high light sensitivities and outputting the single images with the high light sensitivities. The method has the advantages that pictures are respectively acquired by the various cameras in visible light and infrared wavelengths and are composited, so that the light sensitivities of the images can be enhanced, color video with excellent chromaticity can be provided even under the condition of poor light, and the user experience can be greatly improved.
