[0009] The present invention provides a hybridoma cell of a novel monoclonal antibody against human urothelial carcinoma TNFRSF25, and the monoclonal antibody DTUC secreted by it, and DTUC1 recognizes the epitope of TNFRSF25. DTUC1 antibody showed strong positive reaction with human urothelial carcinoma tissue and human urothelial cancer cell lines 5637, UMUC3, SW780, J82, T24 and RT4, but had no crossover with normal human urinary tract tissue and other non-urothelial cancer cells reaction. The present invention also provides an in vitro diagnostic kit comprising the monoclonal antibody DTUC1 and a method for detecting the content of urothelial carcinoma tumor markers in urine by using the monoclonal antibody DTUC1.
