Abstract

The invention discloses a laser temperature compensation device in a tunable diode laser absorption spectrum, which comprises an ARM chip, a temperature acquisition and filtering module and a power conversion module, wherein the temperature acquisition and filtering module and the power conversion module are connected with the ARM chip; the ARM chip is connected with DFB laser through a DAC chip and filtering module and a laser temperature control drive in sequence; and the ARM chip is connected with the DFB laser through a laser modulation module and a laser current drive in sequence. The laser temperature compensation device adopts low-temperature-drift components, thereby reducing influences imposed on the laser wavelength by temperature drift of the components. The overall device is high in integration level, small in size and power consumption, and conducive to integration and miniaturization of a system. The laser temperature compensation device disclosed by the invention is high in response speed and precision, and can carry out correction and compensation on variations of the laser wavelength within a second.
