Abstract

The invention discloses a large-scale high-magnitude horizontal impact test stand based on a pneumatic type. The test stand comprises a cylinder assembly, an impact assembly, a table surface assembly, an impact assembly reset cylinder and an impact table substrate. The cylinder assembly comprises an impact cylinder and an air reservoir. A front end of a piston push rod of the impact cylinder is integrally and fixedly connected with an impact push board. The impact cylinder and the air reservoir are fixedly connected to the impact table substrate through a rear support. The impact cylinder is acted on the impact push board through the piston push rod and pushes the impact push board to hit the impact assembly arranged on a slide rail. The impact assembly comprises an impact head and an impact hammer body. Two side surfaces of the impact assembly are slidingly arranged in the slide rail. An ability of a test apparatus is the same with an ability of a pendulum bob impact test machine on aspects of a response frequency scope and an impact response spectrum inflection point frequency, but the ability of the test apparatus exceeds the ability of a pendulum bob impact test stand on aspects of important indexes, such as a load capability, an impact response spectrum peak value, a size of the table surface and the like.
