Abstract

The invention discloses a special additive for raw material culture of pleurotus ostreatus and coprinus comatus. A formula comprises an A component and a B component, wherein the A component comprises 1000g of raw gypsum, 1000g of calcium superphosphate, 1000g of urea, 10g of 4.5% high-effect cypermethrin emulsifiable concentrate and 5g of 50% phoxim emulsifiable concentrate; and the B component comprises 30g of magnesium sulfate, 0.042g of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate, 0.027g of manganese sulfate, 0.017g of zinc sulfate, 0.001g of copper sulfate, 0.013g of sodium tetraborate, 0.0025g of ammonium molybdate, 50g of sodium dichloroisocyanurate and 50g of sodium sulfate. The formula of a culture medium, disclosed by the invention, has obvious insect prevention and insect killing effects, and can ensure that insect pests can be basically avoided during hyphae period and fruiting period; a sterilization scheme based on the sodium dichloroisocyanurate is adopted, and the whole sterilization process can be always prevented from being polluted by mixed bacteria; the matching is reasonable.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of edible fungus production, and in particular relates to a special additive for raw material cultivation of oyster mushrooms and Coprinus comatus. Background technique [0002] Edible fungus production has become a large field in vegetable production, and great development and progress have been made in decades, but many new problems continue to appear. For example, the quality and unit yield of edible fungi have increased slowly; the difficulty of pest control has increased; environmental protection has also raised many new problems. At present, raw material cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus and Coprinus comatus not only needs to add fertilizer and micro-fertilizer for balanced nutrition, but also needs to add medicine to prevent insects, insects, bacteria and bacteria. After trial and error, analysis and derivation, and precise calculation, we have developed a new additive. After several years of application, t...
