The electromechanical fully-automatic water pumping control device consists of a communicating straight pipe (1), a magnetic float (2), a reed switch (3), a microswitch (4), a button switch (5), a relay (6), a solid relay (7), a power supply device (8), a water tank (9) and a water pump (10), wherein the magnetic float (2) can move up and down with a water level in the communicating straight pipe (1); a coil of the relay is connected with a direct current end of the solid relay in parallel, and the reed switch, the button switch and a switch of the relay are connected in parallel; the power supply device, the coil of the relay, the switch of the relay and the microswitch are connected in series.
