A supporting seat is fixed, at the right side of the movable tensile fixture, at the pedestal. The power device is fixed at the right side of the pedestal through evenly arranged jack catches. An output terminal of the right side of the power device is connected to a pressure sensor. The pressure sensor is fixed to a bearing top plate vertically disposed at the right end of the pressure sensor. The two sides of the bearing top plate are connected to the two sides of the movable tensile fixture through symmetrical pull rods. A support is disposed at the bottom of the bearing top plate. The support is provided with sliding grooves and roller chains disposed in the sliding grooves.
