Abstract

The invention discloses a hardware surface spraying technology which comprises the following steps of cleaning, dust removing, primer spraying, finishing coat spraying and solidifying. In the spray face coating procedure, matte UV oil of which matte powder has the grain size ranging from 5 microns to 30 microns is used as coating and a high-pressure spraying gun is used for spraying the oil onto the surface of hardware which has passed the primer spraying procedure. After being toasted, the hardware has the finishing coat with the matte effect. The covering power of a paint film layer formed by the spraying technology is good and the paint film layer can cover all sorts of small flaws of the hardware. Thus, the hardware is beautified and has good performances of resisting corrosion and scraping and the like.
