The electrolytic polishing liquid comprises the following components: 35-110g / L potassium hydroxide, 60-170g / L potassium phosphate, 10-55g / L potassium salicylate, 15-43g / L polyethylene glycol (600), 8-40g / L potassium tartrate and 7-35g / L glucose. The potassium salicylate, the potassium tartrate and the polyethylene glycol (600) in the electrolytic polishing liquid disclosed by the invention respectively contain carboxyl and hydroxyl to maintain the stability of electrolyte and provide a good corrosion inhibition effect; the polyethylene glycol (600) and the glucose have significant polishing effects; a dual oil-removal effect of saponification action and the emulsification action of a chemical degreaser is more significant.
