In the high-speed sampling calculation, the sampling frequency changes according to changes of the frequency of the electric system, therefore, the precision requirement of the calculation is met. Under the condition that the sampling frequency of hardware is fixed, the requirement is completed universally by adopting software phase lock, however, the software phase lock calculation time is too long, and therefore the software phase lock is not widely applied. A curing form of parameters required by sampling interpolation calculated in an off-line mode and the mode that software conducts judgment and table look-up calculation online are provided, so that the problems are solved. The method relieves the running loads of a digital signal processor, so that signal processing can be efficiently carried out, hardware expenses are not required to be increased, hardware design is not required to be changed, and meanwhile the method can be universally applied to the other occasions of the electric system.
