The method comprises the steps of obtaining one frame decoding data and storing into a sending display cache queue and recording the queue entering time; selecting one frame data from the queue according to the reading sequence as the current frame, calculating the standard sending display time of the current frame by taking a preset standard delay duration as the time interval based on last frame sending display time, and according to the sending display state of the current frame, determining the sending display time of the current frame by the preset amending duration based on the standard sending display time; updating the sending display state of the next frame according to the frame delay duration and the relation of upper and lower limits of the preset frame delay duration, wherein the delay duration of the current frame is the duration from the queue entering time, to the sending display cache queue, of the current frame to the sending display time.
