The control method comprises the steps that a voltage stabilizing rectifying circuit is used for providing working power for a controller and a key circuit, the controller receives information of a press key of the key circuit and forms PWM control signals and indicator light control signals corresponding to the PWM control signals according to the information of the press key, the PWM control signals are transmitted to a one-way thyristor so as to enable a heating device to form heating temperature in different gears, wherein the controller is electrically connected with the indicator light circuit, the number of the light-emitting diodes in the indicator light circuit is the same as the number of heating temperature gears, each light-emitting diode corresponds to one heating temperature gear, and the indicator light control signals are used for controlling corresponding light-emitting diodes in the indicator light circuit to start glowing so as to indicate the heating temperature gears.
