The invention discloses an ATM card and an operating method thereof. The ATM card comprises a storage unit, a displaying unit, a selecting unit, a wireless transceiving unit and a processing unit. The storage unit is used for storing a plurality of accounts. The displaying unit is used for displaying the accounts. The selecting unit is used for enabling a user to select one account from the accounts. The wireless transceiving unit is used for wirelessly receiving account information in a point-to-point mode and sending the selected information. The processing unit is used for processing the account information received by the wireless transceiving unit so that the processed account information can be stored in the storage unit. The account information read from the storage unit is displayed through the displaying unit. The selected information is received from the selecting unit and is processed to be sent by the wireless transceiving unit. When operating the ATM card, the user can select the appropriate account in advance, and the selected information is wirelessly transmitted to a forwarding device in a point-to-point mode and sent to a server through the forwarding device so that the server can carry out clearing operation according to the selected information.
