The baffle is fixed to one side of the mounting table through the supporting fixed mount. The main shaft is assembled at the center of the baffle. The tensioning structure is connected and installed outside the main shaft. The tensioning structure contains a tensioning regulation lead screw and a tensioning regulator. The tensioning regulation lead screw is positioned at the center of the tensioning structure. The tensioning regulator surrounds the tensioning regulation lead screw and has several telescopic fins. One end of the main shaft, far away from the baffle, is a magnetic powder clutch installing part.
