Abstract

The invention provides a passenger conveyor moving handrail and a passenger conveyor handrail which are cheap and can substantially reduce riding resistance on guide rails. A moving handrail (9) is provided with a main body resin part (17), base cloth (20) and a low friction line (21). The cross section of the main body resin part (17) is C-shaped and the main body resin part (17) forms a ring shape. The base cloth (20) is arranged on the inner side of the main body resin part (17) along the long side of the main body resin part (17). The low friction line (21) is formed by a line seaming the base cloth (20), wherein one part is exposed to the front side of the base cloth (20).
