The monitor comprises a mounting frame, a film rolling assembly, a clamping traction assembly and a sampling detection assembly, wherein the mounting frame has a sampling position and a detection position; the film rolling assembly comprises a first roller and a second roller; the clamping traction assembly comprises a clamping part which can be arranged between the first roller and the second roller in a reciprocating mode and is used for clamping and driving a filter membrane between the first roller and the second roller to ensure that the filter membrane does reciprocation motion between the sampling position and the detection position; the sampling detection assembly is used for correspondingly sampling and detecting the filter membrane when the filter membrane is clamped and driven by the clamping part to move to the sampling position and the detection position in the reciprocating mode.
