Abstract

The invention provides a method for detecting the soluble solid content of an apple. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of preparing an apple sample; adjusting a hyperspectral imager; correcting black and white plates; measuring the spectral reflectivity of the apple sample; measuring the spectral reflectivities of other samples; measuring the soluble solid content of the apple sample by a national standard method; constructing a mathematical regression model; and measuring and programming the soluble solid content of the apple. According to the method for detecting the soluble solid content of the apple, which is provided by the invention, the spectral reflectivity information of the apple can be measured only through the hyperspectral imager and is brought into a linear regression model, so that the soluble solid content of the apple can be calculated; and therefore, the method can quickly and accurately measure the soluble solid content of the apple without breaking the apple.
