Abstract

A system for providing electrical power connections across components mounted to a backplane of an electrical enclosure includes a backplane having a plurality of holes and front and rear surfaces. The daughter board faces the front surface of the chassis. The daughter board has a plurality of traces with respective conductive pads. A power connector connected to the rear surface of the chassis has a plurality of conductive members. A plurality of fasteners each extend through the daughterboard and into the chassis to electrically couple each conductive pad of the daughterboard to one of the conductive members of the power connector.
