Firstly, similar elements are chosen according to the system function principle, then numerical values and weight coefficients of all similar elements can be confirmed, and finally the similarity of a simulation system can be calculated out. The method can convert the performance evaluating problem into the practicable degree problem, can quantitatively analyze the heaven-earth consistency problem from aspects of dynamics, kinematics, measurement and navigation guidance and control and can objectively and quantitatively analyze the reliability of the ground simulation system based on the reliability theory. The evaluating method is clear in principle, simple in calculation, wider in application and capable of providing reference for performance analysis of other simulation systems.
