The terahertz wave transmission power splitting and combining structure is simple in structural design, and only a triangular prism protrusion structure is required to be processed on the metal surface. The designed transition structure can gradually guide incident electromagnetic waves to form surface waves, the electromagnetic wave reflection is reduced, the transmission efficiency is improved, and the power splitting and combining efficiency of the structure can reach to 90% theoretically.
