Abstract

The invention discloses a skin-whitening cosmetic and a preparation method thereof and aims to provide a skin-whitening cosmetic which is excellent in whitening performance, free of lead and other ingredients harmful to the human bodyand high in safety. The skin-whitening cosmetic is characterized by being prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 12-18% of moisturizing agent, 0.4-0.8% of preservative, 0.4-0.8% of freckle removing agent, 0.3-0.7% of solubilizer, 0.1-0.5% of thickening agent, 1.0-1.6% of skin conditioner, 0.5-1.5% of skin-whitening agent, 0.1-0.5% of chelating agent, 0.1-0.5% of antioxidant, 0.1-0.5% of aromatic and the balance of water. The skin-whitening cosmetic belongs to the technical field of the cosmetics.
