Abstract

A detection and control method of water washing programs of a dyeing machine is disclosed. The method includes steps of: guiding a dyeing liquid in a dyeing container in a dyeing machine into a dyeing liquid measurement chamber; emitting a light beam by an emitting device; receiving and collecting the light beam by a receiving device after the light beam passes through the dyeing liquid in the dyeing liquid measurement chamber; connecting a receiving sensing device to a main control system; analyzing by the main control system data sent from the receiving sensing device; defining the concentration of the dyeing liquid by utilization of color data; and by the main control system, selecting a discharging port according to the defined dyeing liquid concentration in reference to a preset value and discharging the dyeing liquid in the dyeing container stage by stage. According to the method, the color status of the dyeing liquid is detected by directly acquiring color data of the dyeing liquid in real time, and control for dyeing and water washing programs of the dyeing machine is achieved by a computer system in a control center. The method can be widely used in dyeing and water washing processes of the dyeing and finishing industry.
