Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a data management method and system. The problem that off-line user data of a client side platform cannot be managed is solved. The method comprises the steps that off-line user data meeting the storage condition are loaded to a memory pool with the fixed capacity in advance; in the server application running process, a management application of an on-line user for the off-line user data is received; whether the on-line user and the management application both have the administration authority or not are verified; if the on-line user and the management application both have the administration authority, the memory pool is searched for off-line user data corresponding to the management application; if the off-line user data corresponding to the management application are found in the memory pool, the off-line user data corresponding to the management application are sent to an on-line user terminal, and the off-line user data corresponding to the management application are reserved in the memory pool. According to the data management method and system, high-frequency-access off-line user data are loaded in advance, low-frequency-access off-line user data are stored and then released, and the high-frequency-access off-line user data are reserved in the memory pool, so that the storage pressure of a database side is relieved.
