By means of the control method based on a power electronic technique, a micro grid used for the transformer substation can be intelligently and flexibly controlled, and the plug-and-play function of the micro grid used for the transformer substation can be achieved. When loads change, various distributed power supplies in the micro grid for the transformer substation are coordinately controlled, so that it is guaranteed that the micro grid for the transformer substation meets electricity quality requirements of the loads in different operation modes. When voltage drop, faults, power failure and other situations occur, local information collected by the micro grid is automatically switched to an independent operation state and is uniformly coordinated by the grid. The work state of a storage battery pack is switched and adjusted according to changes of sunlight intensity and the loads, adjusted electricity is directly sent to direct-current or alternating-current loads, and additionally, extra electricity is sent to the storage battery pack. When generated electricity cannot meet requirements of the loads, a controller sends the electricity of storage batteries to the loads, and work continuity and stability of the whole system are guaranteed.
