Abstract

The invention discloses a yellow-brown near-infrared reflection type thermal-insulating coating and a preparation method thereof. The thermal-insulating coating is prepared from the following constituents in percentage by weight: 57.5-69.5% of a film forming material, 20-28% of near-infrared reflection pigment, 10-14% of a solvent, and 0.3-0.6% of an auxiliary, wherein the near-infrared reflection pigment is powder with a general formula of LaFe(1-x)AlxO3, in which x is equal to 0, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5 or 0.7. The preparation method of the coating comprises the following steps: mixing the raw material of the near-infrared reflection pigment, heating in water bath, drying, and calcining so as to obtain the near-infrared reflection pigment powder; firstly mixing and stirring the film forming material, the solvent and the auxiliary uniformly according to the proportion of the thermal-insulating coating, and then adding the near-infrared reflection pigment to be stirred uniformly, and completely dispersing the pigment so as to obtain the near-infrared reflection type thermal-insulating coating.
