According to the method disclosed by the invention, the virtual mailbox of the user is configured, the corresponding relationship between the user information and the virtual mailbox is established, and the user independently configures goods receipt address according to safety and privacy requirements, so that a system automatically informs the user to pick up goods according to the corresponding relationship between the virtual mailbox and the user information, therefore the personal information of the user can be better protected.
