Problems solved by technology

[0004] Using agricultural and forestry waste to make substrates, the general difficulty lies in how to pretreat the raw materials and ferment and decompose. These difficulties can only be solved experimentally in many enterprises. It is impossible to truly scale production by doing prototype projects.
Referring to many patents, they only talk about the use of agricultural and forestry wastes to produce fertilizers or substrates after being crushed, but they do not mention or underestimate how difficult agricultural and forestry wastes are to deal with, and lack practical operability, such as "plant cultivation substrates and their production Method" (CN201310370111)

Embodiment 1

[0028] a. Remove plastics, stones and other irrelevant or harmful things in the agricultural and forestry waste, and then use a branch shredder for the first crushing until the particle size of the agricultural and forestry waste is within 5cm, and add 0.5Kg / m3 of materials After the solid urea is mixed evenly, it shall be compacted and stacked for 5 days. During this period, when the temperature of the stacked material rises above 50°C, it shall be turned over once. After turning over, it is not necessary to compact it again and continue to stack until the moisture content is 68-72%;

[0029] b. Use a hammer mill to pulverize the stacked material obtained in step a until the material passes through a 4.75mm sieve, adjust the moisture content of the material to 60-65%, and add liquid EM bacteria to the material, and then use urea to adjust the carbon-nitrogen ratio of the material to 20:1, stacking materials for aerobic fermentation;

Embodiment 2

[0033] a. Remove plastics, stones and other irrelevant or harmful things in the agricultural and forestry waste, and then use a branch shredder for the first crushing until the particle size of the agricultural and forestry waste is within 4cm, and add 0.5Kg / m3 of materials After the solid urea is mixed evenly, it is compacted and stacked for 6 days. During this period, when the temperature of the stacked material exceeds 50°C, it is turned over twice.

[0034] b. Use a hammer mill to pulverize the stacked material obtained in step a until the material passes through a 4.75mm sieve, adjust the moisture content of the material to 65-70%, and add liquid EM bacteria to the material, and then use urea to adjust the carbon-nitrogen ratio of the material to 22:1, stockpiling for aerobic fermentation;

[0035] c. During the aerobic fermentation process, control the stacking temperature within the range of 55 to 65°C, and when the fermentation temperature is stabilized below 40°C and ...

Embodiment 3

[0038] a. Remove plastics, stones and other irrelevant or harmful things in the agricultural and forestry waste, and then use a branch shredder for the first crushing until the particle size of the agricultural and forestry waste is within 10cm, and add 0.5Kg / m3 of materials After the solid urea is mixed evenly, it should be compacted and stacked for 7 days. During this period, when the temperature of the stacked material exceeds 50°C, it will be turned over twice. After turning, it is not necessary to compact it and continue to stack until the moisture content reaches 60-70%;

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a seedling compound matrix and belongs to the technical field of agricultural production. The method comprises the following steps: pre-treating a material by primary crushing; then, crushing secondarily and adding EM bacteria to adjust the carbon nitrogen ratio for aerobic fermentation to form an organic matrix; and then, adding coal cinder powder, polyacrylamide and probiotics to prepare the compound matrix. The matrix can be widely applied to soilless culture. The preparation method disclosed by the invention solves the treatment problem of forestry and agricultural residues. The compound matrix which is suitable for soilless culture is prepared and the compound matrix is good in water conserving and retaining effects and can be used for preventing diseases.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The invention relates to a method for making a seedling-raising composite matrix, which belongs to the technical field of agricultural production. 【Background technique】 [0002] Every year in China, a large amount of agricultural and forestry wastes are not fully utilized, but some of the agricultural and forestry wastes that can be used are difficult to use because of the shape of these wastes (including branches, wood chips, etc.), such as returning to the field directly , the user has to pick it out. If it is used as fertilizer, it is too thick and the production process is troublesome. Since relatively few units are willing to receive these things, in order to dispose of these things, environmental protection, urban management and other departments may require them to be taken to landfill, resulting in waste, and growers may directly burn them, resulting in air pollution and low utilization. In this case, it is of great significance if these th...
