The library management platform comprises a new book logging management module, a library collection book management module, a book purchase plan management module, a book lending management module and a personnel management module. The client-terminal is connected with the library management platform which is connected with the server via a switch. The server comprises an application server and a primary database server. The electronic library management system adopts an application system structure of mixture of a browser/server (B/S) and the client-terminal/server (C/S).
