Abstract

The top end of the weighing cylinder is suspended at one end of a lever. The central position of the lever is fixed on a supporting base so that a pivot is formed. The other end of the lever is provided with a weighing body which is used for balancing weight of the weighing cylinder in a suspension way. The bottom end of the weighing cylinder is connected with a buoyancy sensor via a force transmission rod so that upwardly and downward synchronous displacement of the weighing cylinder and the buoyancy sensor is realized. A material discharge groove inclining to the belt of the belt conveyor is connected below a material discharge port of the bottom end of the weighing cylinder. The material discharge port is provided with a valve. Continuous weighing of material in transmission is realized by adopting the buoyancy sensor and the lever principle so that influence of the special environment of the coal mine is avoided, and weighing accuracy, reliability and rapidity are enhanced.
