The system comprises an acquirer and an SAW temperature sensor, wherein the acquirer is arranged on a shell of the GIS; the circuit breaker is arranged in the shell of the GIS; the SAW temperature sensor is a passive and wireless temperature sensor, and is arranged on a high-voltage guide rod of the circuit breaker; the acquirer is used for transmitting a radio frequency signal to the SAW temperature sensor as an excitation signal of the SAW temperature sensor; the running temperature of the circuit breaker in the GIS is monitored through the acquirer and the SAW temperature sensor. According to the system, the characteristics of an SAW technology are fully utilized, so that the running temperature of the circuit breaker in the GIS is monitored on line on the premise of ensuring the inner insulation performance of the GIS.
