The spacecraft leakage rate testing system comprises a leakage detection container for containing a spacecraft to be detected, a cryogenic pump, turbo molecular pumps, compound molecular pumps, dry pumps and supporting pipe valves, wherein the leakage detection container is connected with the cryogenic pump through a valve, and is provided with a turbo molecular pump set and a compound molecular pump set respectively; the turbo molecular pump set consists of multiple parallel turbo molecular pumps and valves which are serially connected mutually; the compound molecular pump set consists of multiple parallel compound molecular pump and valves which are serially connected mutually; the compound molecular pump set and the turbo molecular pump set are serially connected with the dry pumps as prepumps respectively; a helium mass spectrometer leakage detector is arranged between the compound molecular pump set and the dry pump serially connected with the compound molecular pump set.
