Abstract

The invention belongs to nuclear power plant design technology and particularly relates to a containment personnel gate emergency air supplement system and a containment personnel gate emergency air supplement method. A personnel gate comprises an inner gate and an outer gate and a gate chamber formed therebetween. An emergency air supplement apparatus is disposed at the outer gate and includes an air inlet channel and an air outlet channel. The air inlet channel and the air outlet channel are respectively provided with an air inlet valve and an air outlet valve. A fan is connected to one end, which is positioned at an outer side of the containment, of the air inlet channel. Both the air inlet valve and the air outlet valve are connected to the same linking handle and are synchronously controlled through the linking handle. The linking handle triggers a travel switch and further starts an electrical control unit when the air inlet valve and the air outlet valve are in an open state. The electrical control unit is connected to the fan which is arranged at one end of the air inlet channel. The emergency air supplement system can supply external air to interior of a sealed cavity for ensuring life safety of trapped people.
