A function cover is arranged at the upper end of the liquid storage device; and an air inlet one-way valve, an air outlet one-way valve, a backflow-prevention channel and the like are arranged on the function cover. The function cover is in tight connection with the negative pressure ball and the sputum storage device. Scales are arranged on the sputum aspiration tube at the lower portion, so that the insertion depth can be conveniently observed and judged.
