Abstract

The dielectric slab phase shifter comprises a motor, a transmission mechanism, a dielectric slab, a positioning mechanism and an outer shell. The transmission mechanism comprises a transmission shaft and a gear pair which is composed of a driving pinion and a driven bull gear. The driving pinion is connected with an output shaft of the motor. A waveguide tube is fixedly sleeved with the driven bull gear and further sleeved with a positioning shaft sleeve, and the dielectric slab is fixedly arranged in the waveguide tube in the axial direction. The positioning mechanism is composed of a positioning rod, an adjusting spring and a positioning sleeve. Under the driving of the motor, the dielectric slab rotates along with the waveguide tube through meshed transmission of the driving pinion and the driven bull gear; when the dielectric slab rotates to a required phase position, the positioning rod is matched with a positioning groove to achieve positioning, meanwhile, a positioning boss triggers a positioning switch automatically, the motor is powered off, the waveguide tube is stopped at a required corner position, and rotational positioning of the dielectric slab phase shifter is achieved.
