Abstract

According to the technical scheme, the biological microscope illuminating system based on the engineering diffuser comprises a light-emitting diode LED (1), a converging lens (2), the engineering diffuser (3) and the object table (4). The LED (1) provides high-intensity illuminating light beams. The converging lens (2) receives and converges the illuminating light beams. The engineering diffuser (3) controls the illuminating light beams to control the spatial distribution and the intensity outline of the illuminating light beams so that the illuminance of the illuminating light beams can be uniformly projected on biological samples which are placed on the object table (4) and are to be detected. The illuminating system is mainly applied to design and manufacture of microscope illuminating devices.
