The desert seedling and tree water-storage planting apparatus comprises an outer hard housing, a water storage chamber, a water filling hole, a seedling and tree root and stem loading chamber opening and a water-permeable baffle. The design of the desert seedling and tree water-storage planting apparatus is novel, the structure is unique and the application scope is wide. The problem of water conservation which causes low survival rate during one-step planting, afforestation and greening construction for high-efficiency, ecological, economic and quick treatment of global desert areas, rocky deserted areas and arid areas is solved. By adopting the technique provided by the invention, within a growth period (3-8 months), the survival rate of the planted seedlings and trees can be kept to be above 98 percent. The desert seedling and tree water-storage planting apparatus has the advantages of small investment, easiness in operation, high efficiency and extremely high practicability and popularization performance.
