Embodiment 1

[0026] Chicken manure and tobacco waste are used as composting materials, chicken manure 45kg, tobacco waste 55kg, fixative 4kg (fixative composition: bamboo charcoal powder 40%, ferrous sulfate 3%, calcium phosphate 10%, alginate 47% ), mix the material C / N=25, stir well with a mixer, and ferment after mixing. Use a fixative with a concentration of 1% (that is, add 1kg of fixative per 100Kg of water) to adjust the moisture, keep the water content at 60%, and keep it for 3-7 days when the compost temperature rises to 60-70°C, and then every 2 -Turn the compost once every 3 days until the compost temperature starts to drop from 50-60°C, and after composting for 5-8 days, it will be further matured to make it reach the harmless treatment standard. The same material without fixative is used as a control. After composting, the nicotine loss rate of adding fixative was 7.6%, the loss rate of nicotine in the control group was 52.3%, the loss rate of nitrogen was 42.3% after adding f...

Embodiment 2

[0028] Cow dung and tobacco waste are used as composting materials, chicken manure 40kg, tobacco waste 60kg, fixative 4kg (fixative composition: 45% bamboo charcoal powder, 3% ferrous sulfate, 15% calcium phosphate, 42% alginate ), mix the material C / N=25, stir well with a mixer, and ferment after mixing. After composting, the nicotine loss rate was 8% after adding fixative, 62% nicotine loss rate in the control group, 37% nicotine loss rate after adding fixative agent, 12% nicotine los...

Abstract

The invention discloses a fixing agent and method for controlling nicotine loss during tobacco waste composting. The fixing agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 30 to 50 percent of bamboo charcoal powders, 3 to 5 percent of ferrous sulfate, 10 to 15 percent of calcium phosphate, and fillers (brown algae earth). The method comprises the following steps: tobacco wastes and livestock manure are primarily mixed, and the mixture serves as a composting raw material; 4 to 5 percent of the fixing agent is added into the composting raw material in percentage by weight, and uniform agitation is carried out through an agitator for mixed fermentation; as the composting goes on, a solution prepared from the fixing agent is sprayed from above during water replenishment of a compost heap. The invention can solve the problems of nicotine and nitrogen losses as well as undesirable odors during tobacco waste composting.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of fertilizers, and relates to a fixative and a method for controlling nicotine loss in tobacco waste composting. Background technique [0002] my country is a big tobacco country, and the annual output of tobacco is more than 5000kt, so it is a huge material resource of our country. With the continuous development of the tobacco industry, how to make better use of tobacco resources and increase its economic value is the subject and challenge we face. Tobacco leaves contain a variety of natural chemical substances, many of which can be recycled, such as nicotine, lipids, essential oils, proteins, amino acids, cellulose, etc. Many of them are important biochemical pharmaceutical raw materials. It is understood that the disposal of waste tobacco leaves has been a long-standing problem that the relevant departments and tobacco farmers have not been able to solve for a long time. Since the country only accepts...
