Benefits of technology

The technical effect that this new type of product solves on both cleaning up greasy spots from tires or other materials used for making them better quality by removing oily substances like sebum (often called makeup). This makes these products easier to use without getting dirty too much over their entire life cycle due to being able to easily absorb liquids onto surfaces they are meant to protect themselves while still maintain good appearance qualities such as glossiness.

Problems solved by technology

Leathers have been developed that resist damage from being exposed during their usage over an extended period oftime without having any issues like getting dirty easily after each use. However, these types of materials tend to lose its shine when left uncleanled by rainwater or moisture. This problem makes them difficult to keep up looking at once new material has become available. Additionally, there may still exist areas where smudges or debris could stick onto this type of material, making it hard to remove properly again. These technical solutions aim to provide better ways to protect leaths while keeping out unwanted things like rustiness and bacteria growth.

Abstract

The invention relates to a leather brightener which comprises components in parts by weight as follows: 5-10 parts of snake oil, 9-15 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 15-30 parts of acetone, 4-8 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 4-6 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 1-5 parts of nitrocellulose, 4-8 parts of glycerylmonostearate, 1-3 parts of magnesium chloride and 80-100 parts of water. According to the technical scheme, a preparation method of the leather brightener comprises steps as follows: (1) adding the snake oil, the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and the glycerylmonostearate to a reaction kettle in the ratio, heating the mixture to the temperature of 80 DEG C for melting, adding the acetone and the water, and performing violent stirring to enable the melt to be emulsified; (2) cooling the emulsified substance to the room temperature, adding the rest components, and evenly stirring the mixture to obtain a finished product. The leather brightener is an oil-color water-type emulsion, can penetrate through the surface of leather easily, can effectively remove oil stains, is converted into water-color oil-type emulsion when a solvent is evaporated and can remove water-based dirt.
