Problems solved by technology

The reason is that the directions of the defects distributed on the surface of the steel plate are various, while conventional eddy current probes are very sensitive to the orientation of defects and the direction of scanning defects, it is difficult for an eddy current probe to detect defects in various directions

Embodiment Construction

[0035] The specific implementation manners of the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0036] The eddy current probe for detecting defects in various directions on the surface of a thin steel plate of the present invention includes a first detection unit 1 and a second detection unit 2, wherein the first detection unit 1 further includes a first skeleton 3, a first exciting coil 5, a first The receiving coil 7 and the third receiving coil 9, the second detection unit 2 further includes a second skeleton 4, a second excitation coil 6, a second receiving coil 8 and a fourth receiving coil 10; the first detection unit 7 and the second detection unit 8 are perpendicular to each other, so that no matter what the direction of the crack is, it can be detected with high sensitivity. In particular, when the direction of the crack is perpendicular to the first excitation coil 5 or the second excitation coil 6, the se...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of flaw detection of steel plates and particularly relates to an eddy current probe for detecting multi-direction defects on a thin steel plate surface. The eddy current probe (17) comprises a first detecting unit (1) and a second detecting unit (2), which are vertical to each other, wherein each detecting unit comprises excitation coils and receiving coils, which wind in a mutual vertical manner; the excitation coils of the detecting units of the probe are serially connected, a differential receiving coil formed by the receiving coils of the first detecting unit (1) is serially connected with a differential receiving coil formed by the receiving coils of the second detecting unit (2); the probe is fixedly placed and is connected to a single-channel eddy current flaw detector. The eddy current probe provided by the invention is composed of multiple groups of excitation coils and multiple groups of receiving coils, and one eddy current flaw detector channel is used for detecting the defects in various directions of the steel plate surface. Meanwhile, since the probe is fixedly placed, the requirements on the mechanical structure of online flaw detection equipment are greatly simplified, and the equipment cost is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of steel plate flaw detection, and in particular relates to an eddy current probe used for detecting multi-directional defects on the surface of thin steel plates. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of my country's manufacturing industry, the demand for high-end thin sheets is increasing. Taking the high-grade automobile sheets that mainly relied on imports in the past as an example, most of them are now producing and manufacturing by themselves. Simultaneously with this, new requirements are put forward for the quality inspection of steel plates. [0003] At present, the surface detection of domestic automobile steel plates is generally carried out by CCD image monitoring method, but this method is easy to miss detection because it needs to rely on human eye observation. Even if analysis and recognition software is used, missed detection and misjudgment are often caused by low image r...
