The method includes the steps that data transmission is conducted on data to be transmitted with a frame message as a unit, and the frame message is composed of a device message dispatching packet head and an original message; the original message comprises frame head identification bytes, frame length bytes, check code bytes, frame ending identification bytes and other bytes; the device message dispatching packet head comprises communication protocol version number bytes, leftover-length bytes, communication protocol command bytes and source connection number bytes; when data transmission in a local area network is conducted between a mobile terminal and an intelligent household appliance, external packaging is conducted on the transmission data through an XPG general data protocol, and the transmission data are sent through a TCP; when data transmission is conducted between the mobile terminal and a cloud and between the cloud and the household appliance, external packaging is conducted the transmission data through an MQTT standard message type.
