Embodiment Construction

[0082] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing and embodiment this patent is described further.

[0083] Such as figure 1 Shown is the system structure block diagram of the present invention, the input end of sEMG signal amplifier connects sEMG signal acquisition electrode, the output end of sEMG signal amplifier connects the input end of sEMG signal AD converter, the input end of sEMG signal analysis device connects sEMG signal AD The output end of the converter and the output end of the sEMG signal analysis device are connected to a monitor.

[0084] Wherein the sEMG signal analysis device is a S3C2410 chip.

[0085] Such as figure 2 Shown is the connection diagram of the chip in the present invention, the original sEMG with an amplitude of about 500uV becomes a sEMG with an amplitude of about 0.5V under the action of the pre-signal amplifier (U2~U7) with a gain of 500 times and a common mode rejection ratio of 100dB. The analog voltage signal is input to the AD a...

Abstract

The invention relates to a facial paralysis patient acupuncture treatment effect detection visual system and method based on surface electromyogram (sEMG). The system consists is constructed by connecting a sEMG signal acquiring electrode, a sEMG signal amplifier, a sEMG signal AD (Analog to Digital) converter, a sEMG signal analyzing device and a display in sequence. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a sEMG signal; amplifying the sEMG signal through the sEMG signal amplifier; transmitting the amplified sEMG signal to the sEMG signal analyzing device through the sEMG signal AD converter for preprocessing; extracting time domain and frequency domain features to construct a feature vector; reducing the dimension of the feature vector by adopting a PCA (Principal Component Analysis) method; calculating a type center distance between a health side and a patient side by using a kmeans clustering method; fitting the type center distance to obtain an AR model; predicting the recovery trend of the patient. By adopting the facial paralysis patient acupuncture treatment effect detection visual system and method, the recovery degrees of muscles on both sides of the face of a facial paralysis patient can be detected accurately under the conditions of freeness from wounds and convenience, the recovery trend of the patient is further predicted, and an auxiliary reference index is provided for clinical treatment of doctors and the rehabilitation effect evaluation of the patient.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of quantitative evaluation equipment for medical rehabilitation effects, in particular to a sEMG-based visualization system and method for detecting the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion for patients with facial paralysis. Background technique [0002] Facial paralysis is a common disease characterized by facial expression muscle motor dysfunction. At present, clinical curative effect evaluation of patients with facial paralysis mainly relies on the doctor's treatment experience, and subjective evaluation of the recovery of facial paralysis is carried out by observing the patients' movements such as raising eyebrows, puffing cheeks, pouting, and keeping their nose shut; in addition, the Facial Disability Index (FDI) measures Subjective evaluation scales such as Table [1], House Brackmann facial nerve grading standard [2], Sunnybrook facial nerve grading standard [3] and Yanagihara facial nerve grading sta...
