According to the structure, the harmonic suppression broadband patch coupler comprises a fan-shaped patch layer, a top layer dielectric substrate, an electromagnetism band-gap layer, a bottom layer dielectric substrate and a metal ground layer, wherein the fan-shaped patch layer, the top layer dielectric substrate, the electromagnetism band-gap layer, the bottom layer dielectric substrate and the metal ground layer are arranged in sequence from top to bottom, the fan-shaped patch layer comprises two fan-shaped patch sets with different radiuses and same central angle of 90 degrees, two fan-shaped patches of each fan-shaped patch set are symmetrical about an origin.
