The method comprises: selecting and using multidimensional characteristic attributes for representing a cell, and preprocessing a value of the characteristic attributes of each dimension included in a characteristic value vector: establishing the characteristic value vector of the characteristic attributes, the characteristic value vector comprising the characteristic attributes of each dimension; initially distributing each cell to different temporary scene clusters; regarding one cell, adjusting the scene cluster to which the cell belongs based on a different degree between the characteristic value vector of the cell and the center of each temporary scene cluster; taking the adjusted scene cluster as a first type of scene clusters; based on the characteristic value vector of each cell in the first type of the scene clusters, calculating a distance between adjacent first type of scene clusters; and combing the first type of scene clusters with the distance meeting a combining threshold to form a second type of scene clusters. Through the technique, cells in the same second type of scene clusters can have high characteristic similarity, and cells in different scene clusters have quite different characteristics.
