The R2 Reagent contains a buffer solution, an electrolyte, a surfactant, a stabilizer, a preservative and sensitized polystyrene latex particles coated with an ANA antigen. The calibrator contains a buffer solution, a surfactant, a stabilizer, a preservative and an antinuclear antibody.
