Abstract

The electric heating plate comprises an upper plate, a lower plate and an electric heating wire. The electric heating wire is formed in an internal cavity between the upper plate and the lower plate and is used for converting electric energy into heat energy. The electric control box comprises an outdoor temperature measuring probe and a starting temperature controller. The outdoor temperature measuring probe is used for measuring environmental temperature values of the railway tunnels; the starting temperature controller is used for setting starting temperature values, and the electric heating plate can be powered or can stop being powered when the environmental temperature values of the tunnels are lower than or higher than the starting temperature values.
